SHIPPING                                                                  

For all orders shipping outside of the United States, we charge a flat shipping fee. We use USPS International Mail, which typically delivers a package within 3-14 days. In some rare cases, shipments can take up to 30 days to arrive, depending on your country's customs policies. The table below shows detailed shipping & handling information and rates.

Orders placed after 2 pm PST on Friday will ship out the following Monday.

Order Processing more than 10 notebooks: 4-7 days from receipt of payment.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

*Duties and Taxes
Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. SVNTN cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping.

*Unforeseen Shipping Issues
From the time your package leaves  SVNTN studio until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with USPS. The customer must file missing package claims. File claim here. After the package is marked as delivered by USPS, packages become the customer's responsibility. SVNTN cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your SVNTN purchase, you may return your unused notebook or product to our SVNTN address within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. A flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Please click the link below to follow our return instructions.
